Decepcionantes Emmies, The wire y Tom waits

Me paso la noche viendo series actuales de tv americanas y cuando llegan los oscar de la tv, osea los emmies, apenas reconozco a alguno de los premiados. Ni The wire, The Shield, Nip Tuck, Héroes, Perdidos, Galáctica, Todo el mundo odia a Chris, The office etc. Que les den por el saco. Aquí está la lista de los premiados:

Y luego he encontrado en el blog de Darío Manrique las cinco versiones distintas del mismo tema "Way Down In The Hole" que abren las respectivas temporadas de The wire. Lo cierto es que no aguanto a Tom Waits, ni a los seguidores del mismo, pero de vez en cuando cada 10 años se descuelga con un gran tema, como es el caso de esta versión que abría la segunda temporada de "The Wire".
